Parkside Restoration is looking for a skilled, hands-on Content Crew Chief to join our growing team in Bolingbrook, IL! If you are an expert in packing, digital inventory tracking, and structure cleaning, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do:

Lead Teams: Direct on-site crews for content pack-outs, cleaning, and structural restoration.
Track Inventories: Manage digital content tracking systems to ensure zero loss and complete transparency.
Content Cleaning: Oversee the professional cleaning, deodorization, and restoration of personal property.
Structure Cleaning: Lead thorough post-loss structural cleaning (smoke, soot, water, and mold remediation).

What We Require:
Software Expertise: Proven experience using iCAT or ContentsTrack software is a strict requirement.
Pack-Out Skills: Advanced knowledge of proper inventory, wrapping, boxing, and transport techniques.
Restoration Background: Demonstrated hands-on experience in both advanced content cleaning and structure cleaning.
Leadership: Strong communication skills and the ability to manage technicians under tight deadlines.
