Boise Bicycle Project

The next session of our teen apprenticeship program is here! 🔧 The deadline to apply is next Tuesday, June 2nd.

Our "fixies" learn industry-level bike mechanic skills, interpersonal skills, and service industry skills while having a fun time with their cohort. In this program, they'll gain over 40 hours of community service in five weeks! Anyone ages 13 - 17 are welcome to apply, and we strongly encourage young women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people from diverse backgrounds to apply.

This session will run between July 7th and August 6th on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons between 1 and 5 PM. The fixies will also help run one of our BASH (bicycle and safety program) events at the traffic garden on Saturday, July 18th!
