🚑 A message of solidarity to our friends at Payette County Paramedics.
A recent InvestigateWest report highlights the tough reality facing EMS agencies as Idaho's population grows — call volumes climbing, staffing stretched thin, and funding that hasn't kept pace. Payette County crews are doing this work with just one staffed ambulance covering a county of nearly 26,000 people, and calling in outside agencies for help on every shift.

This isn't unique to Payette County — it's a challenge EMS agencies across the state know well. Every crew that answers a 911 call, every dispatcher coordinating resources, every paramedic making do with what they have — they deserve a system that can support them.

We stand with Payette County Paramedics and every agency working to keep Idaho communities safe. Read the full story to understand what's at stake for EMS across our state https://www.eastidahonews.com/2026/06/as-idaho-grows-ambulance-agencies-warn-they-need-more-funding-to-keep-up/

⛰️ RACE DAY AT BOGUS BASIN 🏃

The Bogus Trail Series by Boise Running kicks off this Friday, June 26th at Bogus Basin — and Acute Rescue & Transport will be on-site as runners battle the mountain.

4.5 miles. Deer Point Trail to Brewers Byway to Sunshine XC, finishing through the Bogus Creek Loop. Elevation doesn't care about your training plan. Neither does your competition.

Race starts 6 PM at the J.R. Simplot Lodge grass area. Our crew will be stationed and ready, because trails this good come with terrain this real — runners can focus on chasing the clock (and each other) while we handle the rest.

📍 Bogus Basin — J.R. Simplot Lodge
🕕 6:00 PM start

Lace up. The mountain's waiting. 🏔️
