Manpower is hiring for a bilingual Inbound Telesales Representative for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In this role, you'll work with the latest systems and tools to provide a first call resolution to our customers through a thoughtful and meaningful interaction.
As a Call Inbound Telesales Representative you will be primarily responsible for supporting subscriber acquisition efforts through customer initiated phone interactions. Essential Functions/Role Requirements:
• Strive to positively represent and strengthen our brand though outstanding phone interactions that accurately reflect company values and commitment to user satisfaction.
• Answer phone inquiries related to Google Fiber, and educate potential customers on Google Fiber's value proposition and service benefits to achieve aggressive sales targets
• Guide callers through the Google Fiber online sign-up process and (if needed) Google account creation or password recovery process
• Grow and manage a sales lead pipeline to provide ongoing phone/e-mail updates, assistance, and/or reminders to potential customers who opt not to sign up over the phone
• Partner with local field sales teams in active markets to achieve high lead conversions through mutual referrals and campaigns designed to provide an optimal experience for potential customers
• Partner with customer support to escalate questions/concerns from current and potential customers regarding Google Fiber's service and build/installation process.
• Meet quality assurance requirements and quarterly goals
• Accurately track sales and customer support interactions through internal tools to capture relevant data that can be used to generate reports and ongoing sales analysis.
Minimum Skills Required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or 3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, Telesales preferred
• Must display professionalism at all times
• Basic PC and Typing skills
• Successfully works leads independently
• Works well with others in a team setting
• Must be able to take direction and implement coaching for self-improvement
• Works well under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working on a computer while simultaneously talking on the phone
• You are a self-starter, are motivated, and have a passion for helping customers
Preferred Skills
• 3+ years of direct to consumer sales or marketing experience; Telesales experience preferred
• Experience working with Salesforce or other customer relationship management tools
• Previous experience working in a contact center.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Ability to work in an ambiguous and frequently-changing environment
• Attention to detail with excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills
• Aptitude to quickly comprehend and exhibit deep product knowledge
• Self-motivated and able to work well both independently or as part of a team
• Proficient with Google products (i.e. Chrome, Drive, Gmail), services and applications.
$13.50 hr plus bonuses
