A clean jobsite in Lompoc, CA, and a lot of progress happening beyond the camera's view.

While crews prepare the site, carpet is installed, appliances are in place, and an entire building has been constructed inside our Boise, ID factory. 97 modules sit shrink-wrapped and ready to ship as soon as the foundations are complete.

EAH Housing now has two modular projects under its belt, including Distel Circle which, while still under construction, is projected to be completed roughly four months ahead of schedule and remains within budget parameters.
