Smoky. Creamy. A little addicting. 🌶

Blistered shish*to peppers and caramelized shallots on top of Zacca Hummus, drizzled with olive oil and finished with sumac. This is the kind of appetizer that disappears before anything else on the table.

Hummus and Blistered Shish*to Peppers
8 oz shish*to peppers
1 shallot thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tub Zacca Hummus
Sea salt to taste, sumac for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shish*to peppers and shallots. Cook tossing occasionally until charred and blistered, about 5 to 7 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt
2. Spread Zacca Hummus on a serving plate and make a well in the center
3. Arrange peppers and shallots on top. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with sumac
4. Serve with pita, crackers, or fresh veggies

Loaded Hummus is here and it is everything. Creamy Zacca Traditional Hummus layered with spiced ground beef, red onion, garlic, Serrano pepper, and finished with a drizzle of olive oil. Add pine nuts and tomatoes on top and watch it disappear.

Loaded Hummus

Zacca Traditional Hummus
1/4 c olive oil divided
1 small red onion chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
1 Serrano pepper minced
8 oz ground beef
Optional toppings: tomatoes and pine nuts

Instructions:
1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet. Add onion, pepper, and garlic. Cook over medium-high heat for 4 minutes until softened
2. Add ground beef and saute until fully browned
3. Spread hummus in a serving bowl, drizzle remaining olive oil on top, add beef mixture and toppings of choice. Enjoy
