Luke Falk was the Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week for the first of six times. He went on to start in 40 games, setting a WSU record with 27 wins. Now, Falk is focusing on sharing the secrets to his college-ball success: mind strength.
He authored The Mind Strength Playbook: Master Your Mind. Elevate Your Game. A self-development guide that underscores the need for athletes to train not only their bodies but their minds.
“Most people read a book, gain knowledge, and never apply it. The goal is to build a national mind strength movement, one that strengthens the inner world of the next generation so they’re prepared to thrive in an increasingly unpredictable external one.”

Dr. Jessica Bunch is advancing integrative animal rehabilitation across the Pacific Northwest.
For the past decade, Bunch has been one of the few veterinarians to focus solely on integrative medicine. During that time, she built the WSU College of Veterinary Medicine Teaching Hospital’s Integrative Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Service from the ground up, and this spring, she became board certified in veterinary sports medicine and rehabilitation, making her the only currently practicing veterinarian in Washington with the credential.
Now that she is board certified, Bunch hopes to develop an advanced training program at WSU for interns or residents interested in the specialty.
