Lead Lash + Growth Esthetician

Part-Time → Full-Time Pathway

Spa Lumos

Spa Lumos is growing, and we’re looking for a highly skilled lash artist who wants more than just a treatment room. This role is for someone who takes pride in exceptional work, looks for what needs to be done without being asked, and wants to build a long-term career inside a team-based spa.

We are not a booth rental environment. We operate as one brand, one team, and we grow together.

What You’ll Be Doing (Phase 1)

Primary Focus: Lash Excellence
Perform high-quality classic and volume lash sets
Maintain strong retention and client satisfaction
Rebook clients consistently
Deliver an elevated, professional client experience
Additional Services (Based on Skill Level)
Face + Body Waxing
Lash lifts
Dermaplane Treatments
Brow Laminations
Brow + Lash Tinting
Chemical Peels
Facials
Front of House Support (During Downtime)
Answer phones confidently
Return missed calls the same day
Book appointments accurately
Maintain smooth daily schedule flow
Social Media Contribution
Capture before/after content
Participate in 2–3 weekly content pieces (reels, education, transformations)
Collaborate on ideas to grow visibility
This is a hybrid role designed to stabilize operations and help grow the spa’s presence.

Growth Path

This position is designed to evolve into a full-time, core team role.
