We are an established local insurance agency looking to add a career-minded, self-motivated individual to our growing team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.

Who we are looking for:

We are searching for someone that has a successful track record of meeting sales goals, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication and customer service skills. Excellent computer skills and client management experience i.e.HawkSoft software experience a plus. A confident self-starter who works independently is driven, and goal-oriented.

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include servicing the current client base, meeting business production goals and objectives, develop client relationships, and grow sales revenue by phone, email, and in-person client meetings.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
Resolve client inquiries and complaints
Expand business reach through networking techniques
Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:

Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Property & Casualty, Life, or Health Licensing preferred but not required
Continuing Education and Licensing Paid by Agency

Starting Friday April 23 we will be undergoing some renovation on our building! While we will be working in the office still, our phones and internet may have some interruptions. We will be back up and fully functioning on Tuesday April 27th.
