Thank you so much to everyone who came out and supported the Ribbon Cutting of Sycamore Commons here in Boise!
We opened the doors to over 50 affordable housing apartments for Seniors, with close access to public transit, shopping, amenities, and right in the heart of Boise.
We so appreciate everyone who came out and made this an amazing event. Thank you to Somerset Pacific for an amazing Lease-up on this property.
We couldn't have done this without Mayor McLean for not only speaking at the event, but supporting this project from it's very beginning. She championed this project at every stage, and continues to believe that affordable housing in Idaho is possible.
Thank you for with us. We can't wait for what's ahead.

We are thrilled to announce we just signed our first lease at Sycamore Commons!
The team just so happened to be doing a little manual labor and beautification before the event, and were able to swing by the leasing office to snag a photo with our first renter!
The official Ribbon Cutting is Tuesday, June 2nd, at 9:30am, but we're already off to the races.
If you didn't already know, this project provides over 50 homes to seniors in the heart of Boise. We can't in Idaho unless we do it together. Thank you for joining with us, supporting us, and being part of the journey!

We are still riding high after our recent Ribbon Cutting / Open House at Falcons Landing in Mountain Home. This kicks off the completion of Phase 2, adding 30 new affordable homes to Mountain Home, for hard-working Idaho families and individuals needing stable rent, and consistent housing.

"MOUNTAIN HOME, Idaho — Mountain Home's first new affordable housing development in more than 20 years just completed its second phase, adding 30 new rental units to the area.
Falcons Landing was built by LEAP Housing, a nonprofit focused on affordable housing. The property is managed by Syringa Property Management, which now offers a total of 98 affordable rental and homeownership options for a range of income levels.
Brian Woodward, COO of LEAP Housing, said the project was driven by a gap between wages and housing costs."
