The parts of our psyche we hate, usually appear as projections onto people through politics or religion or even sports sometimes. Being able to identify these projections is bringing your shadow into the light. Most people do not possess a psyche healthy enough to cognize this information. The only way to identify it is to have people you can truly trust to tell you the truth around you.
