This morning, IMSARU was called out by the Eagle Police Department to assist with a Silver Alert for a missing elderly man. Strong investigative work by Eagle PD gave us an early direction of travel, which let us focus our resources (ground teams, drones, bikes, vehicles and man trackers) in the right area and locate the subject safely with assistance from his incredible neighborhood community.

Thank you to and Ada County Sheriff's Office for the call, and to@eagle_fire_department for responding to evaluate the subject once he was found. A good outcome and a solid example of agencies and communities collaborating together to serve the citizens of Idaho.

This year, we’re raising funds for a new rescue truck—an essential piece of equipment that allows us to safely reach people in the remote, technical terrain where we operate. Our current fleet is aging, and this new vehicle will directly support our ability to respond quickly, carry critical gear, and keep both our volunteers and the people we’re searching for safe.
