Pretty normal feelings.

Using visualizations, such as the skeleton key, can be a powerful and instantaneously effective tool to access emotional neutrality when one becomes aware they are overcome by an emotional pattern they no longer prefer.
In IFS terms, the visualization serves as a gentle reminder that Self is guiding the ship and parts can relax into this guidance. This relaxation can happen instantaneously if a person has spent time befriending their internal system.
Once we access this more neutral space, the fun begins 🤗 We can now ask ourselves, “What reality do I want to create about this situation?” Make sure to get creative and make it beneficial 🙌
