It looks like we may be getting a huge amount of outpatient business soon. I'm going to need a contract crew really soon. We have another SLP on board but I'm going to need another full time SLP. I'm now in search of an OT and PT. I have an awesome PTA lined up but probably need 2 more and a couple of COTAs. We just contracted for our EMR documentation and we went with OptimusPT seemed the most therapist friendly. Our NPI numbers are set so we will be billing insurance so we will be running our own show for outpatient. We still will have business partners for home health since that is what we do best. This that point in time where you look back and say this is when it all began. Exciting times. I hope there are still patient centric therapists out there. With COVID that seems harder to come by.
