Potato BOI is for sale. We've been waiting to announce this in case we got a place to park the trailer full time. Unfortunately the non-rotating food truck parks never materialized.

Potato BOI has been a joy to develop and run over the last two years. We've had the best staff and fans. I can't be more grateful to all of you and everyone involved and supportive of this adventure!

Starting a new food service business during a pandemic has been an adventure to say the least. We clawed and scratched for business that first year, and so many of you were waiting all winter to support us last year. We've had the best time serving the best potatoes in the valley, and some of the best fries too! Our hearts are heavy and hopeful as we transition to our other full time business .

We are taking serious offers for the whole business. A popular well established turn-key food truck operation with Boise, ID in its DNA. We will consider offers for equipment only, but would prefer someone who would like to take care of our baby and help it continue to grow and thrive in the dynamic and burgeoning Boise food truck scene.
