If you keep getting asked "what are your fees"… don’t stress about handling that line anymore.

You don’t have a fee problem.

You have a when-and-how-you-show-the-numbers problem.

Kill the “Yeah, but what are your fees?” objection before it ever shows up.

Say this early. Practice it until it sounds boring:
“I want to be upfront with you. Once you pick out a bike you like, I’ll show you all the numbers. Best price, rebates, freight, setup, taxes, trade value if you have one, plus a cash price option and nine payment options.”

Here’s what buyers usually say next:
• “That’s exactly what I was gonna ask.”
• “The last place made me fill out a credit app first.”
• “I was wondering about fees… guess you do.”
• “What’s the out-the-door on that one?”

Now you say:
“Let’s go pick your bike out.”
Here’s what you just did:
• Lowered their guard without defending price
• Exposed dealership games without trash-talking
• Took control of when numbers show up

🔥 Your next move:
“Now that you’ve picked out the bike you want, let’s go over here and see the figures I told you about.”

Do not ask if they want to see numbers.

When you sit em down. Shopping the competition is gonna feel risky.

Your customer sits down, sees everything clearly, and thinks:
“Yeah… this is pretty easy. I can't see another dealer doing this.”

Big shout-out to our MotoMenus dealers.

2025 was a tough year and after the numbers were added up, the average MotoMenus dealer posted:

✅ +14% increase in major unit sales
✅ +19% profit increase per unit sold
