Full coverage sliders on a RAM 2500 AEV! These massive things were a bit of a challenge but came out amazing. They are over 8ft long, made from .188 wall 2” tubing and plate and were designed to be 100% bolt on! This weeks project, bumpers bumpers and more bumpers!

Finally back on some E-series van stuff! It was time to figure out the final design of the XP series bumpers that we plan to offer going forward. We took design elements from the original design and added some refinement. Pretty pleased with the result. Going to add a bull bar and then just need get a bunch more built!

**This particular bumper was modified to accomodate some protruding spring mounts and sits roughly 1/2” forward because of them**

This idea of taking the center section of our XP Series bumpers and adding tube sides to create a hybrid design has been talked about for a bit now…

Well… it finally happened! Our new tube hybrid XS Series bumpers will be launched alongside the full plate XP Series. They feature the same reinforced winch mount, same center section and lighting, but with DOM tube sides for a more sport-orientated look without sacrificing protection on the trail. We are already building these for both 92-07 and 08+ E-series vans. More models to come. Message us for more info!
