It's a Match!
One way to work with transactions downloaded from your bank in the Banking Screen is to match them to transactions already recorded in QuickBooks Online.
Auto Matched
In the example below, a Deposit to the bank on 12/24 was recorded in QuickBooks Online. When the transaction downloaded into the banking screen it automatically matched to this previously recorded QB Deposit. All you have to do to clear the transaction from the banking screen is click Match.
