Today, together with participants in our "Triple P for Baby" program, we focused on "survival skills," exploring how to manage stress, anxiety, and relationship changes. We discussed emotional "traps," a range of positive strategies for coping with parental burnout, and the importance of partner support and effective communication. Our current series of sessions is drawing to a close. The next series of meetings—conducted in Ukrainian and Russian—is planned for October, 2026.

Сьогодні разом з учасниками нашої програми «Triple P for Baby» ми зосередилися на «навичках виживання», досліджуючи, як справлятися зі стресом, тривогою та змінами у стосунках. Ми обговорили емоційні «пастки», низку позитивних стратегій подолання батьківського вигорання, а також важливість підтримки партнера та ефективного спілкування. Наша поточна серія сесій добігає кінця. Наступна серія зустрічей, що проводитимуться українською та російською мовами, запланована на Жовтень, 2026.

Hoy, junto con los participantes de nuestro programa Triple P para Niños, nos centramos en las habilidades de supervivencia, explorando cómo afrontar el estrés, la ansiedad y los cambios en las relaciones. Hablamos sobre las dificultades emocionales, diversas estrategias positivas para superar el agotamiento parental y la importancia del apoyo de la pareja y la comunicación efectiva. Nuestra serie actual de sesiones está llegando a su fin. La próxima serie de reuniones, que se impartirá en ucraniano y ruso, está programada para Octubre, 2026.
