Monday as a stylist….

Most days are spent behind the chair, but today I decided to go for a walk . Here lately I have become very intentional about my personal self-care. Going to the gym is fine and it helps me be my best self behind the chair but sometimes going for a walk ,clearing your head and breathing in fresh air is all you may need.

Making sure I take care of my mental so I could be a therapist behind the chair if I need to ✨

I missed “Deep Clean Day” but it still has to get cleaned 🫣
