Over the past couple of weeks I've read several posts from women who are facing issues with uterine cancer, fibroids & PCOS. Ik we always talk about the importance of eating healthy. But one of the most overlooked importances is what you put in & on your body without eating it.

Your perfumes, deodorants, lotions, pads, tampons & pantiliners could all be contributing to your health issues. Yes gut health is important. However if you have a strong digestive system but your endocrine & integumentary systems are out of whack, you're still gonna have problems sis.

Examine the products you're putting near your va**na. It's the portal to life!!!! Why put deadly products in or on it?? Bleached tampons laced with toxic chemicals over the time span of 20 to 30 or more years. Then some of yall take birth control. Some of you use medications. Then again I have to bring up your toxic skincare products (shop with Dia & Erica Sharper @ Orphika & Cluffy Dawkins Casstevens at for hand crafted natural skincare) beauty supplies, deodorants, etc. Damn I could go on & on.

But today imma focus on these here organic toxic free pads & pantiliners. One bc they're inexpensive. Two they're black owned & produced. Three because they're super absorbent. I've never had any leaks with these!! Four, did I say they're organic? No pesticides, dyes for bleaching nor fragrances.
Five, they're very discreet and the packaging won't allow crumbs, hair or anything else that's in the bottom of your purse to get on them. Oh yeah & some of them are biodegradable 🤗
