The HealthChoice Office will be only be opening tomorrow at 12:30pm due to the freezing temperatures.
Please be careful and stay home if possible!

Given the current weather conditions and lack of power at our office, HealthChoice will be closed today (2/17) and tomorrow (2/18). We are hoping to open again Friday (2/19) morning. We will try to update you as things develop. Please stay safe and warm.
