Rooted Strength Coaching is growing our team! We're an all female strength studio looking for one-two female trainers. We're about building strength that lasts + helping women get out of pain, move well + feel good. We have two locations: Fair Oaks + Bergheim. We offer competitive pay for both 1:1 Training and Small Group Training
Requirements:
Certified in Personal Training + have up to date CPR Certification
Willing to learn + grow as an individual + professional
Able to coach morning + evening classes (looking specifically for evenings)
Learn + apply RSC Principles.

This isn’t exhaustive - but some of the most common reasons I see in the women I train.
Two things:
(1) It all comes down to load vs capacity - and each one of these examples is increasing overall load.
(2) know the source then find the solution. If you have a mobility restriction, playing with volume and adding more rest isn’t going to help. Stretching a strength balance issue also won’t move the needle.
This is also why each client starts with a comprehensive assessment so we can start narrowing in on what the reason for discomfort is - so we don’t have to waste your time or have you do any unnecessary work. 👊🏻
