We are honored to share that Archbishop Timothy P. Broglio, Archbishop for the Military Services, USA, will officially join the Cross Catholic Outreach Board of Directors beginning June 10.

Ordained for the Diocese of Cleveland in 1977, Archbishop Broglio has devoted decades to faithful service in the Church. In 2007, Pope Benedict XVI appointed him to lead the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA, a role in which he continues to shepherd and support Catholic men and women serving around the world.

Archbishop Broglio has been a longtime friend of our mission, offering his endorsement in 2015 and encouraging others to embrace the work of compassion and mercy that Cross Catholic Outreach carries forward.

We are grateful for his leadership and his commitment to serving the most vulnerable.

Today we celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Fátima.

On this day in 1917, “the Lady more brilliant than the sun” ☀️ appeared to three shepherd children, Lúcia dos Santos, Francisco Marto & Jacinta Marto, in Fátima, Portugal. Her apparitions continued through October 1917 during the turmoil of World War I.
