We had a VERY Dynamic and Invigorating (Panel) Discussion about the Challenges and Opportunities we see with our Family Business Clients. We also explored IDEAS around the importance of creating a “Unified Task Force” to help provide the INNOVATION that the ‘NEXT-GEN’ of Leaders is seeking to propel their Family Businesses into '2030 and Beyond.'

I’m excited to share information about a Panel Discussion I will be participating in alongside my colleagues who specialize in Wealth Management, Accounting, Law, and Family Therapy. The Event will focus on the theme of "The Future of Family Businesses" and will be hosted by Kaufman Rossin’s Family Office and Lifestyle Division at their Corporate Headquarters (in Coconut Grove).

Our discussion will center around ideas related to the NEXT-GENERATION of Family Businesses, with a specific emphasis on Intergenerational (communication) challenges, complexities, and opportunities (for Healing, Growth, & Transformation).
