- [ ] We have a mixed-use project in downtown Charlotte North Carolina USA which includes a Luxury Hotel, Condominiums, and Office Buildings.

- [ ] Total project cost is estimated at US$350 million. The developer has a contract with a Hotel Group who will build the Hotel on the property and a $250 million construction loan for the rest of the project!!
- [ ] The developer is looking for a joint venture partner or lender who will put up US$12.5 million to purchase the land in down town Charlotte. Developer has executed purchase contracts for the 2 parcels of land with $120,000 earnest money deposited for $9.3 million! The balance of the funding will be used for entitlements, closing and legal costs!
