This journey has been incredible, and I couldn’t be more proud as I add this powerful modality to my coaching work. Mindset coaching is transformational, but without tuning into the body, we’re only working with half the equation.

I’m thrilled to announce I’ve embarked on a new coaching certification.

All of my coach training to date has been in the cognitive area of mental fitness. While I believe coaching tools to strengthen your mindset are extremely important, as a former yoga instructor and longtime practitioner, I’ve always felt that our body is an intelligent vessel that holds a lot of wisdom.

I am super EXCITED to fuse both the somatic work of the body and the mindset work of the brain to help clients achieve their results even quicker!
