"Nourishing Success Through Peri-Menopause and Beyond" brings together a dynamic panel of local experts to provide practical and compassionate support, including:

🌿 Joelle Karch, MD, FACOG - Reproductive Endocrinologist & Fertility Specialist
🌿 Christie Caggiani, RDN, CEIC –Registered Dietitian & Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor

Topics covered include mindfulness practices for emotional resilience, nutritional guidance for midlife health, and understanding hormone therapy and its benefits. This is an interactive experience where discussion, connection, and questions are encouraged!
