The “King of Queens” may be getting a new title: king of Boca Raton.

Actor and comedian Kevin James bought a six-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bathroom mansion in the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club for $17.2 million.

The 8,685-square-foot home has five balconies, a home office with an attached club room, a temperature-controlled wine room, and a great room with a bar. James paid more than $12 million above the property's last purchase price in 2023.
