And if you’re not a fan of coconut oil… you can swap to avocado oil, light olive oil, or even melted butter… and it still turned out amazing 😊

I wanted mine more cake-y so I filled the molds higher… but if you use less batter, you’ll get more of that classic brownie look (and more pieces).

Also… these silicone brownie pans are amazing. Non-stick, push-to-pop, and nice and sturdy and they come in different designs and colors. 😍
