π§ HOW I PREPARE MY WATER β AND WHY I DONβT DRINK FROM FILTERS OR PLASTIC BOTTLES
For the past 7 years, Iβve been drinking only distilled water β and no, Iβm not mineral deficient. I chose distilled because itβs the purest, cleanest, blank-slate water you can possibly drink. It removes fluoride, heavy metals, pharmaceutical residue, and toxins β things most filters (even expensive ones) leave behind.
But I donβt stop there. I rebuild and restructure the water into a healing elixir for my body and soul:
β¨ I add Karlovy Vary mineral salts β ancient healing salts from the Czech spa city known for its powerful earth-charged water.
β¨ I drop in a crystal (yes, in the jar!) to charge and structure the water with love and clarity.
β¨ I store it in glass only β no plastic. No BPA. No poison.
β¨ I sometimes add a pinch of Celtic or Himalayan sea salt if I feel I need more trace minerals.
β¨ And most importantly, I speak to it. I bless it. I treat it as sacred.
Water is not just hydration β itβs memory. Itβs light. It listens to our voice and our energy.
And we are mostly water.
Most people still trust their plastic bottles or fancy filters. Thatβs okay β weβre all on a journey. But for me, distilled water + sacred minerals + crystal coding = living water that supports my healing, my frequency, and my connection to Source.
Stop fearing distilled water. Start understanding it.
