I almost filed for bankruptcy 3 years into having my private practice…
I started in 2016 as Affinity Treatment Solutions, helping treatment centers improve their clinical programs.
By 2017, I pivoted into Affinity Care Counseling & Consulting, exploring different ways of supporting healing, through beach meditations, cacao ceremonies, book clubs, and 1:1 sessions.
There were moments of growth… and moments of uncertainty where I truly questioned everything.
In 2020, I published Stories of an Ex Party Girl: How to Feel Happy & Good About Yourself Without Alcohol & Drugs, which became an Amazon Best Seller.
In 2023, I expanded my work from Boca Raton to Miami. And today, I have the privilege of working with clients virtually around the world.
The path hasn’t been linear, but it’s been meaningful.
10 years later, I’m still here.

Food, music, live + silent auctions, and, most importantly, a room full of people showing up for something meaningful.
Stoked on Life Palm Beach, nonprofit organization, offers evidence based aquatic therapy, cultivating mindfulness and fostering bonds to heal mental heath and addiction.
Events like this remind me of what can happen when community comes together with intention and heart.🩵
