When people ask me what my niche is…

My approach is grounded in connection. I specialize in working with high-functioning individuals and couples who may appear successful and composed externally, yet internally feel overwhelmed, emotionally depleted, disconnected, or stretched beyond their capacity. Together, we work on redefining what success means .

A core part of my practice is understanding that not every emotional struggle needs to be pathologized. I am not sitting across from you with a pad and pen looking to diagnose what it means to be human. Therapy is about creating space for insight, emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, communication, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.

We figure out the complexities of relationships. We work through the demands of parenting and the ongoing demands of modern life — we especially address individually the challenge of balancing being a partner and an individual all at the same time .

Each client gets the support they need to work through everyday stressors, address unresolved relationship dynamics, and the emotional weight that comes with simply being human.

Through genuine connection with my clients, I help them feel less overwhelmed, more connected to themselves and the people around them, and better equipped to navigate the emotional realities of their own daily life.
