Just finished up here at the Phoenix Pro this past weekend. Happy with the package we brought here because we know that all the improvements in the off season paid off and the improvements were made. Just needed to peak a little better and come fuller to the stage with more separations in my back. We know what we need to improve on for the next show as far as my peak and we will continue to polish things up and get back to work.

Grateful beyond words training with the legendary for the last 8 months or so. His mentorship has been a game-changer, not just for my physique, but for my mindset. Kai’s relentless drive, kindness, and generosity have shown me the true essence of bodybuilding and life. Thank you, Kai, for pushing me to be the best version of myself and for teaching me the power of humility and giving back. Here’s to continued growth and pushing beyond limits and things that were once impossible! 💪
