Just closed in The Fields!!! However this one has a bit of a story and credit is due to Ryan Brandenburger for saving this deal. Buyers chose their own lender initially. On the 30th day after saying how solid the file was, the lender declined my clients loan. That’s when I called Ryan Brandenburger. He literally opened the file and closed it on time in 7 DAYS!!
