Next time you hit the point in the afternoon where your energy is low and it’s difficult to focus try these tips to boost your energy!
🌴Take a walk- a 10 minute walk outside will wake up sedentary muscles and give you a boost of vitamin D to keep you awake the rest of the afternoon!
🌯 Choose balanced meals with protein. Your body will feel fuller longer, keeping you from reaching for those extra snacks.
💦 Stay Hydrated- Dehydration destroys focus! Have your body function at full potential by consistently staying hydrated.
🍵 Drink Green tea- With around 35 mg of caffeine per cup of green tea, get the mid-afternoon boost you are looking for without the buzz of coffee (that can effect our sleep 😳)
Also green tea is full of healthy antioxidants 🙌🏼

Stability Ball Time!
This move may look simple but give it a try next time you have a stability ball and feel your shoulders and abs burn! 🔥
Adding new moves to your routine that add a stability will recruit more muscle fibers, enhancing your strength and control!
With this move- focus on a stable core as you drive your hips up to reach the pike position, look between your arms to keep your head neutral as you push-up, and control your return to the plank focusing on stopping when your body is parallel to the floor.
