The number of people who have reached out to us since sharing our story has been overwhelming. So many people in our communities are silently carrying the weight of bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and other mental health struggles. Many feel completely alone.

Our journey doesn’t end here. We can only pray for continued health and stability, but this is just one chapter of our story.

We shared this because when we were in the darkest moments of our journey, we desperately wished we could find someone who understood.

If you’re walking a similar path, whether personally or alongside someone you love, we hope this reminds you of one thing:

There is hope. There are people who understand.

And you do not have to carry this alone. ❤️

Does this officially make me an influencer now?

Living in Israel changed my perspective on a lot of things. Including this.

There’s way less pressure here to look “perfect.” People care more about building a life, raising families, community, purpose. And weirdly, I think that made me feel more comfortable doing something for myself without shame attached to it.

Not to become a different person. Just to feel a little more like myself.

So here’s your sign to stop caring so much what other people think and do what feels right for you 💙
