I have been training at Vault for 3 years!

✨What do you think sets Vault apart from other studios?✨
Vault is unique because it offers such an incredible VARIETY of classes and they are all amazing workouts!

✨ Do you have a favorite class or instructor and why?✨
All the instructors are terrific with their own style and personalities which keep the classes interesting and fun! My favorite class has been Pilates Tower, however, lately I am spending more and more time at Hot Vault! My favorite is Hot Vinyasa!

✨What’s your favorite thing to do in your free time?✨
Working out is one of my absolute favorite things to do when I’m not busy working or with my family.

✨What’s one thing most of us don’t know about you?✨
I am a Real Estate agent, I have 4 children,and I am the Development Director of Liumiisrael.com, a non profit Jewish organization strengthening community and enriching peopleslives through Jewish engagement.

✨What do you feel is the most rewarding thing about exercise?✨ Working out makes me feel energized and healthy!
