Great dish. You can serve over rice, egg noodles, pasta, any kind of grains.
All ingredients shown plus grated cheese
Instruction:
Brown chicken parts in EVOO in large skillet ( le Crueset)
Season with S/P
Set aside, leaving residue in pan
Add mushrooms & garlic to pan
Sautee till golden
Remove set aside with chicken
Add 2 tbsp butter
Whisk in 2 tbsp flour
Add 3/4 box chicken stock to pan
Bring to simmer, it will start to thicken
Add chicken & mushrooms, chopped parsley. Simmer on low till chicken is completely cooked
Sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese until we’ll blended
Cook pasta reserving 1 cup of water to thin out gravy as needed
