Boca Council Set To Vote On One Boca Master Partnership Agreement Ahead Of March 10 Referendum - Boca Post City Council is set to approve the Master Partnership Agreement for the One Boca civic campus redevelopment, a step that would finalize deal documents contingent on voter approval March 10.

Exciting things are happening at Town Center at Boca Raton here in Boca Raton. The former Sears building has been sold for $23 million to Simon Property Group. The 180,000+ sq. ft. space sits on an 18.6-acre site and marks another major investment in the mall’s future.
