Bricks, Bots and Beakers "Bugs!" program begins on Monday!
Participants will take part in activities including "insect or not" and "cricket chirper," and study live insects including ladybugs, crickets, and butterflies. They will will do labs, games, crafts, and more! This class promotes critical thinking, communication, collaboration, creativity and innovation. Ages 5-12.

Don't let the kids sit around the house watching TV or playing video games...bring them to Sugar Sand Park! Along with the Children's Science Explorium, Carousel, and fabulous playground, we've got two great programs planned for elementary-age children:

Deco Superstars Fun & Fitness-Fun & Fitness
Ages 5-11
8:30am-5:30pm
Join us for a day of non-stop fun! Activities may include gymnastics, theater games, sport games (soccer, basketball, t-ball), music routines with props, arts & crafts, and nature hikes. Promotes creativity, teamwork, and social skills.

Bright & Smart Coding And Robotics
Ages 6-10
8:30am-3:00pm
Participants learn to pay attention to detail, estimate, collaborate, be team players, communicate, empathize, and learn from failure by designing, creating, building, and programing an array of robots using a curriculum developed primarily for them. Teamwork and passion will be necessary to complete this mission!
