🇺🇸 I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to this country that welcomed me and has become my home throughout my journey.

As an immigrant, I have faced, and continue to face, challenges I never imagined. Yet, we have overcome every step along the way. I truly believe this has only been possible because we carry with us the same values, faith, and education that have shaped our lives, giving us the strength to keep moving forward.

I am deeply grateful to this country for welcoming me and for allowing me to celebrate this important milestone, its 250th anniversary.

Neste país, como imigrante, enfrentei e ainda enfrento desafios que jamais imaginei viver. Mas vencemos cada etapa, e tenho certeza de que isso só foi possível porque carregamos conosco os mesmos valores, a fé e a educação que recebemos ao longo da nossa vida, tornando-nos fortes o suficiente para seguir em frente.

A unique experience in Golden Beach, South Florida.

I had the opportunity to document a SWAT training exercise conducted inside a luxury waterfront mansion scheduled for a complete renovation.

With doors, windows, and other structural elements set to be replaced, the property provided an ideal environment for the team to perform entry training and test the strength of hurricane-impact protection systems using mechanical tools and real-world techniques.

It was impressive to witness the professionalism of the SWAT team and the high level of engineering and security built into South Florida’s luxury homes.

Documenting this training was an important experience and a rare opportunity to capture the intersection of preparation, security, and high-end construction.
