Recognition is always appreciated, but the real reward has always been the trust our clients place in us.

We are proud to once again have members of the Levanti Wealth team recognized on the 2026 Forbes | SHOOK Best-in-State Financial Security Professionals list. While this isn't our first time receiving this honor, we never take it for granted. Every year, it serves as a reminder of the relationships we've built and the responsibility we have to the individuals, families, and business owners who trust us with their financial future.

Thank you to our clients, referral partners, and community for your continued confidence in our team. We are grateful for your trust and look forward to serving you for many years to come.

This past week, our team had the opportunity to attend MassMutual's Leaders Conference, where advisors from across the country came together to learn, collaborate, and share ideas on how we can better serve the families and businesses who trust us every day.

Between great conversations, new perspectives, and celebrating milestones with family, we were reminded that the best part of this profession is never the recognition, it's the relationships.

A special congratulations to Sam on being welcomed as Secretary of the Advisors Association, an organization with a history dating back to 1890. We're proud to see his commitment to serving both our clients and the profession continue to grow.

Here's to learning, leading, and always finding better ways to help the people who count on us.

One of the biggest misconceptions I hear from law firm owners is:

"We were told we can't have a 401(k) or cash balance plan because of how our entities are structured."

In many cases, that's simply not true.

A lot of law firms operate with multiple entities—a parent firm and individual PAs or PLLCs for each partner. While that structure may make sense from a legal or tax standpoint, it can create confusion when it comes to retirement plans.

The key is understanding how those entities can work together for employee benefit purposes.

With the right plan design and guidance, it's often possible to bring those entities under a single adoption agreement so everyone can participate in the same retirement plan structure.

The lesson? Before assuming a retirement strategy won't work, make sure you're getting advice from someone who understands both retirement plans and complex business structures.

Every situation is different, and proper plan design matters. Be sure to consult with your CPA, ERISA attorney, third-party administrator, or qualified financial professional before making decisions regarding retirement plans or business structures.
