This initial picture was taken when our lovely client Karina started ASF classes, just three weeks before our 12 Week Transformation started! I’m SO glad she took these!! (I was so mad when she showed up for her initial check-in with boy shorts!!! Karinaaa!! Lol 🤣)

Pretty incredible what you can do in 15 weeks & how much just a 7lb weight loss & 4% body fat decrease can do on a small frame! Not to mention at 50yr young! 😊
