It’s back to school which means fall 🍁is around the corner.
I moved to the east coast in 2002 for the change of seasons. I wanted leaves 🍁 on the ground in fall and snow ❄️ in the winter. This CALYgirl wanted a change (shocking I know) so I picked up and moved to NYC 🗽

Now I live in South Florida and I ❤️❤️ the tropical weather, humidity, random rain that rolls in and leaves beautiful rainbows 🌈 and gorgeous sunsets 🌅 I’ve found my happy place 🥰

What drives you to workout?

For me it’s about playing my music REALLy loud, letting my thoughts flow and pushing my body to limits that get my heart racing and the sweat flowing.
