4 months ago, I had my back fusion surgery.
What many people didn’t see was the battle behind the scenes…
infection, a PICC line, IV treatments, fear, tears, and many long days of patience.
There were moments I felt tired, frustrated, and emotional.
But through it all, I never lost my faith. I knew God was walking beside me in every step of this healing journey.
Today I celebrate 4 months of strength, resilience, and gratitude.
Every scar tells a story.
A story of pain… healing… and refusing to give up.
And yes… I’m counting the days until I can be fully back in the gym again,
lifting, rebuilding, and reclaiming my strength — because being strong is part of who I am.
This journey humbled me, strengthened me, and reminded me how powerful faith can be.
Healing. Growing. Rising stronger every day.
