DEPOSIT
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to book every new appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment which is due the day of your appointment. Remaining balance must be paid in full. I accept cash zelle or venmo as well as all credit cards.
When booking your initial appointment a credit card is required on file. You can send Your deposit however you like via zelle or venmo but a credit card is still required to be on file.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Should your appointment need to be cancelled or rescheduled, it must be 48 hours prior to the appointment day.
Otherwise a $100 cancelation/rescheduling fee will automatically be deducted from the card on file.
PLEASE BE MINDFUL and and if you need to reschedule do so as soon as possible this way you don't loose your deposit.
Rescheduling an appointment will be allowed once after that deposit is forfeited.

If cancelling or rescheduling of the same appointment occurs more than once, it will be treated the same as a cancelled/missed appointment and will be subjected to a $100 additional cancellation fee and declining of all future appointment requests.


LATE OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS
I strongly encourage everyone to arrive on time to thier scheduled appointment. Please familiarize yourself with my location. Take into consideration parking, traffic etc.

Please contact me prior to your appointment time if you are going to be late. After 30 minutes, the appointment will be considered missed and your deposit will be forfeited.

A new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. Additional missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees or declining of all future appointment requests.


BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOGRAPHS
I always photograph my work before and after the treatment for many reasons including client records, insurance purposes, and social media. Before photographs are also necessary to assess the healed results during the perfecting session. I recognize the importance of protecting MY client’s privacy and edit the photos to display only the treated area. Client may waive Before & After photos from being utilized on social media.


PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP
If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed or microbladed and are interested In COVERUP. Prior to booking your appointment you must submit pictures with good lighting. I cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and I must approve that your eyebrows are workable. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work.
