this lovely patient had a 360 tummy tuck with fat transfer to the buttocks implant downsize with Motiva implants and liposuction. She is healing beautifully. Pay close attention to the improvement in the brass she had under the muscle implants with very wide cleavage, and I have put those to a sub facial or over the muscle plane and look at the improvement in her cleavage and breast appearance.
