I’m Elisa. Originally from Sunderland, I moved to Los Angeles in my twenties, worked for the Kardashians, and built my first business there before eventually relocating to Boca Raton. Palm Beach Body Club is the evolution of that journey - bringing a Beverly Hills standard of beauty and performance into a Palm Beach lifestyle.

At PBBC, we focus on advanced, non-invasive treatments like Jet Plasma, Endosphères Therapy, CryoSlimming, alongside peptides and GLP-1 supported transformations. Everything we do is strategic, results-driven, and designed for women who want to feel strong, confident, and like their old selves again.

2016, I was living the life in LA. I worked for the boss of all bosses, lived where people vacation (and still do), and was surrounded by opportunities I never could have imagined growing up. At the time, it all just felt like my normal.

Looking back now, I wish I’d had more confidence in myself. I wish I’d soaked up every last lesson, every conversation, every moment like a sponge, because little did I know how much that year would go on to shape me.

It was fast, intense, exciting, and at times completely overwhelming. The best of times and the worst of times. But it taught me standards, work ethic, and how much intention really matters. Lessons I still carry into everything I do today.

I wouldn’t change a thing. That chapter built the foundation for who I am now and I’ll always be grateful for it.
