One small operational tip that’s helped us tremendously during walkthroughs 👇🏼

Whenever handing over multiple keys, fobs, remotes, or access items to a buyer or tenant, we take a screenshot and label exactly what each one is for.

This helps:

- buyers know what every key/access item belongs to
- tenants stay organized during their lease
- agents keep a record of what was handed over
- move-out walkthroughs go much smoother later on
